Learn First Aid in the Outdoors with the German Red Cross!
We offer hands-on, nature-based training in first aid for emergencies that can happen where emergency services might not be immediately available. Whether in the forest, on the mountain, or by the water — you'll learn how to bridge the gap until help arrives, using minimal effort and materials, and how to act appropriately according to the situation.
This outdoor-specific first aid course is designed for mountaineers (industrial) climbers, arbotists, tree care professionals, travelers, hunters, anglers, mountain bikers, high-altitude hikers, alpinists, canoeists, skiers, snowboarders, cyclists, nature enthusiasts, and more …
Our focus is on practical training, so you can deeply internalize what you learn. True to the motto: "As much theory as necessary, as much practice as possible."
The course is led in small groups by trained first aid instructors with additional qualifications.
Food and Accommodation:
Includes meals (drinks, fruit, vegetables, lunch/dinner, breakfast, coffee)
Camping options are available on-site with your own tent, sleeping bag, bivouac, or hammock (overnight stay costs €10 per person).
If you're looking to expand your first aid skills for outdoor adventures, this is a fantastic opportunity!
